USD Triple Index Autocall Note

Investment
summary

The Rand Swiss USD Worst-of Triple Index Autocall links one US dollar investment to three major equity indices: the S&P 500, Euro Stoxx 50 and Nikkei 225. It offers a conditional return of 14% p.a. simple or better, with the first opportunity for automatic repayment after 12 months and further observations every six months. If all three indices are above their respective starting levels on an observation date, the investment ends and you receive your capital plus the accrued return. At an illustrative 14% p.a., an autocall after two years delivers a 28% total return.

If the note reaches its five-year maturity, your capital is repaid provided the worst-performing index has fallen by no more than 30%. If that index finishes unchanged or below its starting level within this threshold, you receive no additional return. A fall of more than 30% reduces your capital by the full percentage decline: a 40% fall means 60% of your original investment is repaid. The worst-performing index determines the outcome; stronger performances from the other two do not offset its decline.
